To illustrate the point further, Dr. Matthew Boente, MD, looks at three key actions of Joe Biden for America's healthcare.

Biden’s plan includes building on Obamacare.

It's no secret that the Trump administration wanted nothing to do with Obamacare or the Affordable Care Act. Dr. Matthew Boente, MD, explains that even if Obamacare had holes in its plan, Biden recognizes that building on it will bring better results. One thing everyone can look forward to is the elimination of penalties for those with pre-existing conditions.

Biden's plan will reduce the price of insurance.

Probably, the one thing Americans are most excited about is the reduction in the price of health insurance. Biden sees expensive insurance as downright unfair to people who need to pay an arm and a leg to get coverage. If all goes according to plan, the maximum amount of people will need to pay for their healthcare coverage is 8.5% of their income.

Biden's plan will lower the age limit for full benefits.

The current healthcare coverage in the U.S. only allows for individuals 65 and above to get full benefits. According to Dr. Matthew Boente, MD, Biden's plan sees that even younger people can get sick. One of the proposed actions of the plan is to lower the age limit to 60.

Dr. Matthew Boente, MD, is a recipient of numerous awards for his medical field contribution. He trained under the Galloway Fellowship at the Department of Surgery, Gynecology Division at Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. For more on his practice, visit this page.
